Coconut Collab had spent a decade leading plant-based, but shifting attitudes around UPFs and flexitarian eating called for a fresher, taste-first story. We reframed the brand from “dairy free” to a celebration of the star of the show, the coconut. Tapping into what consumers really want: great taste, natural ingredients and craftsmanship.

The new identity blends a pun-filled playful personality with a spoonful of artisan provenance: hand-painted fruits, crafted tasting notes, vibrant colour-washed pots and a hand-drawn cast of Collab members that bring the brand’s warmth to life. It’s a modern, confident evolution rooted in joyful flavour not labels.
